  Environment Description:

OS: CentOS 6.5

DB: Oracle 11.2.0.3

Problem: Database start listening time, reported the following error:

[Oracle @ localhost admin] $ lsnrctl start

Linux Error: 29: Illegal seek

Solution:

1, modify the terms host name, the default installation of the system when the host name localhost, the host name resolution when there will be a lot of strange questions, strongly suggest that you remember to modify the host name;

2, modify the / etc / hosts file

[Root @ localhost tmp] # cat / etc / hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4

:: 1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

192.168.1.100 dbtest001

After the above operation, start listening again

[Oracle @ dbtest001 ~] $ lsnrctl start
