ORA-39122: Unprivileged users may not perform REMAP_SCHEMA remappings.

From the error message, the result of insufficient permissions. After a review of the document that, when executed impdp operating parameters specified remap_schema, requires imp_full_database permission. Next, we give the user to hoegh imp_full_database rights.
