Preview confirmation function when Oracle 12c database version crsctl stop resources, and in the previous version without this feature
Can well avoid some misuse
$ Crsctl stop resource ora.LISTENER_SCAN3.lsnr
If you want to see the impact of the stop instead of actually stopping it, you would issue:

$ Crsctl eval stop resource ora.LISTENER_SCAN3.lsnr
