Unix under a really fun tool called banner

The Red Hat-based distributions do not have this command, we can use the tools in place figlet, after downloaded, copied to / usr / local / src directory, and then take the following actions:

[Root @ DB2 ~] # wget ftp://ftp.figlet.org/pub/figlet/program/unix/figlet-2.2.5.tar.gz

[Root @ DB2 ~] # cp figlet-2.2.5.tar.gz / usr / local / src /

[Root @ DB2 ~] # cd / usr / local / src /

[Root @ DB2 src] # tar zxf figlet-2.2.5.tar.gz

[Root @ DB2 src] # cd figlet-2.2.5

[Root @ DB2 figlet-2.2.5] # make figlet

[Root @ DB2 figlet-2.2.5] # ./figlet WELCOME -f fonts / standard.flf

_______ __ _ ____ ___ __ __ _____

\ \ / / ____ | | / ___ / _ \ | \ / | ____ |

 \ \ / \ / / | _ | | | | | | | | | | \ / | | _ |

  \ V V / | | ___ | | __ | | __ | | _ | | | | | | ___
